SUMMER IS HERE!

Wow, how did we get here? It is Summer and it is time to have fun at the beach!

“But... uh, beach, uh I am not really in the best shape, i uh feel kinda uncomfortable in a bathing suit, maybe I will just wear a jump suit or something...”

Have you been there? Or are you there?



So not fun.



Isn’t it time you made that change? Haven’t you had enough? Don’t you deserve more?


Yes, you do.


The key is to look at your habits that are creating your weight or your lack of physical tone?

What specifically do you do on a daily basis that supports you in being overweight and out of shape?
What are those behaviors? Figure it out. Write them down.

And then, systematically start changing them. It won’t be easy for these behaviors are often ingrained into your unconscious mind, but if you continue to work, day by day by day, they will change. Just keep at it.

Start today. Keep working at it. Through your frustration and fear. Keep working and slowly your behaviors will begin to change, and when your negative behaviors change, the weight will begin to disappear.

You deserve to go to the beach and have grand fun!
