Change One Thing

So it is three weeks since the New Year, the time when all the good intentions of New Year’s resolutions are washed down the drain of reality. What is going on? How come you are losing motivation? Why is your resolve dissolving? AHHHHH!

Often resolutions don’t work because we choose too much to work on, and when life sets in, it all gets way too overwhelming.

Here’s a key: CHOOSE ONE THING to change in the next month.
Just one thing that will make a difference in your health and physicality.

If you aren’t exercising, join a class and make a firm commitment to stick with it for at least a month. Work on nothing else.

If you are eating poorly, choose one new healthy discipline with eating: Give up sugar, or fried foods, or nighttime eating, or huge quantities of everything.

But choose just one. Work on it everyday for at least a month until you own it.

Then add another, for at least a month, and own that.

Do this for a year, and you will own your life.



So choose one thing, a month at a time, and watch your body and life transform!
