This program consists of 20 - 90 minuted Personal Training /Hypnosis Sessions over 10 weeks. Each session consists of a 60 minute workout geared toward your specific fitness and weight loss goals and then a 30 minute hypnosis session design to help you change the limiting behaviors and habits that are causing you to hold onto your weight.

KENBALL

Ken Wolf is a Certified Hypnotherapist, Ceritfied Neuro-Linguistic Practioner, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Yoga Instructor.

Creator of The Lean Technique, (a unique combination of Strength Training, Pilates, and Yoga,) and The Transformation Weight Loss Progam, Ken has been helping individuals lose weight for over 20 years with Hypnosis, Behavioral Reconditioning, Weight Loss Counseling, Yoga, Strength Training and Pilates in Westchester and New York City. He has studied under Stephen LaVelle, Annie Lyndon and received his NLP Practitioner Certificate from Advanced Communications Training. He has been on the staff of Anthony Robbins' Personal Power Seminar and is a graduate of The Anthony Robbins Mastery Program.

He believes that each individual has his own unique path to lasting weight loss, specific to lifestyle, emotional type, body type and personal preference.
